Special Note: President George Bush has had full knowledge of all this info for years and turned his back on America. Remember the Bush Administration has tried to suppress this info for years. So now what do you Bush supporters have to say for yourselves as you all have stood behind these evil men. Freedom Fighter Radio.net has been one of many to attempt to bring this to the public’s attention only to have been told we and the others have been wrong.

A South Texas grand jury has indicted Vice President [sic] Dick Cheney and former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales on charges related to the alleged abuse of prisoners in Willacy County’s federal detention centers. The indictment criticizes Cheney’s investment in the Vanguard Group, which holds interests in the private prison companies running the federal detention centers. It accuses Cheney of a conflict of interest and “at least misdemeanor assaults” on detainees by working through the prison companies. Another indictment charges state Sen. Eddie Lucio Jr. with profiting from his public office by accepting honoraria from prison management companies.
A TEXAS grand jury has indicted US Vice President Dick Cheney for conspiring to block an investigation into abuse at privately run prisons.
The three-page indictment alleges that Mr Cheney profited from the abuse because he invested $US85 million ($131 million) in the Vanguard Group - an investment management company that reportedly has interests in the prison companies in charge of the detention centers.
It said this was a “direct conflict of interest” because Mr Cheney had influence over the federal contracts awarded to the prison companies.

New Bush rule ‘kicks Patriot Act foes in the teeth’
Source: Raw Story
The Bush administration has been planning since last spring to issue a final burst of federal regulations just before leaving office. It was recently announced that over 90 new regulations would be finalized before November 22 — 60 days prior to the end of Bush’s term — making them difficult, though not impossible, for President Obama to reverse.
Although many of the regulations have to do with energy and the environment, MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow noted on Tuesday that there’s also “one that’ll kick opponents of the Patriot Act right in the teeth.”
The proposed regulation “would allow state and local law enforcement agencies to collect intelligence on individuals and organizations even if the information is unrelated to any criminal matter,” Maddow explained. She added, “Even if they weren’t already watching you — they soon could be.”

Rahm Emanuel Was Director Of Freddie Mac During Scandal
President-elect Barack Obama’s newly appointed chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel, served on the board of directors of the federal mortgage firm Freddie Mac at a time when scandal was brewing at the troubled agency and the board failed to spot “red flags,” according to government reports reviewed by ABCNews.com.
According to a complaint later filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Freddie Mac, known formally as the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, misreported profits by billions of dollars in order to deceive investors between the years 2000 and 2002.
Emanuel was not named in the SEC complaint (click here to read) but the entire board was later accused by the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO) (click here to read) of having “failed in its duty to follow up on matters brought to its attention.”

Obama - What’s In Store?
By Ethan Allen
Maybe it’s time for a little lesson in geopolitics and the game of power plays. Maybe the entire world needs a lesson in how the oligarchy run things and see where this is all heading before we actually watch it unfold as Obama takes office and declares a new age of international cooperation that only moves us all one step closer to global government and total control by the power elite.
In just the last few days there have already been a slew of articles from the beltway proclaiming a need for a new international reserve currency, for the establishment of a new global central bank (is if the IMF and Bank of International Settlements weren’t enough), and even yet more cries for global restrictions on carbon use and the implementation of global environmental controls.

Freedom Fighter Radio Host, WeAreChange Georgia Member Arrested For Display of Upside Flag at Polling Place

For Immediate Release
http://www.freedomfighterradio.net
November 5, 2008 (Columbia County, GA) - Freedom Fighter Radio Host and WeAreChange Georgia member, Jim Stach, was stopped and arrested on the evening of November 4, 2008 as he was driving by a polling place in Columbia County, GA. Stach had gone to vote in his own precinct wearing a Fire Congress t-shirt, carrying an upside down flag and wearing an empty gun holster, in a silent form of protest. He was told he could not wear the shirt into the polling place, as it violated campaigning laws. Stach returned wearing a different shirt and was allowed to vote.
Stach, whose radio show deals with American freedoms and liberties and dispensing information that is not covered by the mainstream news networks, is very knowledgeable about the Constitution and carries an upside down flag because he feels our country is in distress. He sees this as peaceful and gives people the opportunity to approach him and ask questions without him disturbing them.
As the silent protest went well and he was allowed to vote at his precinct, Stach went driving around to other areas. A lady who was offended that he would be flying his flag Union down approached him, and he had the opportunity to engage in a peaceful conversation about his thoughts on the direction of the country. As Stach left the area, he was pulled over and was questioned about the incident. Up to approximately 6 police cars came to the scene and 12 officers, after Stach was stopped. Stach was cooperative as they questioned him and they took the opportunity to search his car. Upon speaking with the accusing lady, Stach was arrested for causing a disturbance.
Stach has been released and his court date is December 10, 2008. Anyone who feels they can be of help in the matter or is interested in speaking with him is encouraged to call 706-394-8019.

Charlotte Dennett is the candidate for Attorney General in Vermont who promises to prosecute George Bush for the unnecessary deaths of Vermont soldiers in Iraq. She pledges to appoint famed prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi as Special Prosecutor. Bugliosi, author of “The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder,” believes he has solved the legal issues involved in a state-level prosecution, including the establishment of jurisdiction. Go to http://CharDennett.org
Response to Attorney General William Sorrell
On September 18th, I announced my candidacy for Attorney General of Vermont at a press conference in Burlington. Accompanying me was the legendary prosecutor, Vincent Bugliosi, author of the bestselling book The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder. I indicated that, if elected, I would appoint Mr. Bugliosi as my Special Prosecutor for the prosecution of George Bush once he leaves office.
Attorney General William Sorrell, when asked by a reporter to respond, was quick to dismiss our legal arguments as mere “good political soundbites.” He stated that he did not believe that he, or any of the state’s prosecutors, had the authority to prosecute this case in Vermont because “the actual crime, the death of an individual,” would have to take place in his jurisdiction, Vermont. This state, he added, “is still the only state George Bush has not visited while president.”
Such legal technicalities are alright to rely on, but only if the person relying on them is right, which Mr. Sorrell is not. Vermont does have jurisdiction, as explained below.
The underlying crime that confers jurisdiction to Vermont courts in this case is the crime of conspiracy to commit murder, which does not require, as one of its elements, the death of an individual, whether in Vermont or any other state. All that has to be shown is an “agreement between two or more people” (i.e. George Bush and one or more other members of his administration) to conduct an unlawful war in Iraq, and an “overt act” (no matter how inconsequential) to “further the object of the conspiracy.” To establish jurisdiction, this overt act must have taken place in Vermont.
Here, as elsewhere in the nation, there were at least two such overt acts, each of which is equally important.
1) Bush’s lies outside Vermont were carried by radio and television straight into the homes and cars of the American people, including into the state of Vermont. These lies (that Saddam Hussein was an imminent threat to the security of this country, and that Saddam was involved in 9/11), both demonstrably false, were made by Bush to gain the support of the American people for his war in Iraq.
2) Another overt act is the Bush Administration’s recruitment of young women and men in Vermont to fight Bush’s war in Iraq.
With respect to the separate crime of murder, the general rule is that a state only has jurisdiction over crimes physically committed in that state. However, although the killings in this case did not take place in Vermont, there is a well-established exception to the rule. In instances where the crime occurs outside the territorial jurisdiction of the state, but the crime has a harmful effect on the people of the state, then that state has jurisdiction. Clearly the war in Iraq has had a harmful effect on Vermont, which has suffered the highest per capita loss of soldiers of any state in the nation. Moreover, Vermont has shared in the prodigious cost of the war to this nation — hundreds of billions of dollars — with no end in sight. Finally, Vermonters, as Americans, have endured the loss of prestige in the eyes of the world community as a result of America’s unprovoked invasion of a sovereign nation.
I believe the State Attorney General should be at the forefront of finding a way to bring the person responsible for the deaths of young Vermonters, George Bush, to justice. Instead, because the current Attorney General is unknowledgable about the applicable law (an unsettling fact in that he is the chief legal officer of the state), Mr Sorrell has taken a position that can only frustrate justice. It should be added that the law is clearly laid out in Mr. Bugliosi’s book, a book sent to Mr. Sorrell two months ago which he apparently did not read. Had he bothered to read the book, he would have read about the “effects principle” of the “law of nations”, which can be applied to both federal and state courts, giving them extraterritorial jurisdiction. As stated on page 310, “The state can extend jurisdiction under the effects doctrine even where the conduct adversely affecting the state takes place within the territorial jurisdiction of another country. See State v Jack, 125 P.3d 311, 318-322 (2005), where the state was Alaska and the country Canada.”
So much for the jurisdiction issue. As to whether Bush is actually guilty of the crime of murder, we believe we can show beyond a reasonable doubt that he had the requisite intent (malice aforethought) to order 150,000 soldiers (including Vermont soldiers) into harm’s way in Iraq under false pretenses, without regard for the consequences and with indifference to human life.
It is Bush’s lying — his sending this nation to war under false pretenses — that is key to this case, and for which Mr. Bush has no legal defense or justification.
As a footnote to the above, Vermont has a rather quaint statute, steeped in biblical meaning (The 9th Commandment, “Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor,” Exodus 20:16) which in one sentence reflects on the essence of our case against George W. Bush: “A person who wilfully and corruptly bears false testimony with intent to take away the life of a person and thereby causes the life of such a person to be taken, shall be guilty of murder in the first degree.” 13 VSA Sec. 2308. Although this will not be the Vermont murder statute under which Bush will be prosecuted, it resonates because it speaks to the proposition that a liar must face the consequences of his acts, especially when his acts cause the loss of life.
If I am elected Attorney General, George W. Bush will be held accountable for his acts, in what President Calivin Coolidge once called “the brave little state of Vermont.”
[FYI: Full text of Coolidge’s statement, which is engraved on the Vermont statehouse wall:: “If the spirit of liberty should vanish in other parts of the Union and support of our institutions should languish, it could all be replenished from the generous store held by the people of this brave little state of Vermont.”

Officer To Protesting Reporter: ‘I Can Do Whatever I Want’
After a week of bloody shootings in the city of Newark, family members of the victims killed by gun violence marched in front of churches Sunday to ask the clergy for help.
The march ended, however, when a Newark police officer put a CBS 2 photographer in a choke hold, handcuffed him, and put him in the back of a police car.
What started as a peaceful demonstration by parents whose children were murdered on the streets of Newark turned violent.
“Put your hands behind your back,” the officer said. “He’s going with me. Put your hands behind your back.”
When CBS 2 HD’s reporter on the scene, Christine Sloan, protested and said he couldn’t arrest the cameraman, the officer said, “I can do whatever I want.”
The camera kept rolling, as the officer put CBS 2 photographer Jim Quodomine in the choke hold and placed him under arrest.
Witnesses took pictures of the incident and told CBS 2 HD what they saw.
“He went to put the camera down,” witness Latrice Smith said. “Before he had the opportunity to [do so], the police officer came and knocked it down.
“[The officer] just started grabbing him, putting handcuffs on him, grabbed him by the neck,” Smith said. “It was out of control for no reason.”
